Previously my numbers I.e ********85 & ********16 was with Vodafone but in the month of February 2014 these numbers were MNP with BSNL for some reason. I pay the bill of both the above said numbers with Vodafone Mini Store, opp central Jail on 1 march 2014 I.e 950 for ********85 & 500 for ********16. My numbers got ported to BSNL & payment receipt was deposited in Bsnl office. In the month of April I got a call from your goodself that the bill is still pending for the above said numbers & I inquired about the matter from the Vodafone mini store & after harassment of more than two weeks as one Mr. Muneesh employee with Vodafone Mini Store ferozepur did not attend my calls as he is very well known to the issue. After my visit to the Vodafone Mini Store ultimately he found the register on which the record of payment is there but they did not transfer the data to Vodafone company with bad intention as he abuses me that he will destroy the abovesaid register then what will you do. There are lots of complaints regarding payment issues against this Vodafone Mini store Ferozepur as there are other consumers also present in the shop at that time. Now because of the fault of Vodafone Mini Store & the Vodafone company I am suffering a lot as they barred the outgoing of one of my number ********22 that is also with Vodafone postpaid for more than a week. Pls coordinate with your Vodafone Mini Store & debarred my outgoing & solve this issue as soon as possible. Otherwise I will file a case in Consumer forum as well as a criminal complaint for 420 & loss of reputation, harassment & mental agony. Treat this e-mail as a legal notice. Pls find the attachments of the copy of the register & my messages delivered to Mr. Munish employee of Vodafone Mini Store, opp Central Jail, Ferozepur City. But to no effect. Pls resolve the issue as soon as possible otherwise I have to move to the court being your consumer.
