TATA Indicom - regarding internet connection

I request u to please disconnect the internet connection no.********5 as soon as possible since i have shifted on to a new tata indicom connection due to change of residence three months ago. I wasnt aware of the fact that this connection wasnt cancelled evn aftr informing the tata indicom executives and i have been receivin bills for this a/c as wel.
