I already booked a sony bravia 402 A from Sharp Electronics. Post which i received a message from SONY Customer care regarding installation asked to call the west tambaram (044 ********) . I called the number a lady picked up the call and said that the order has been forwarded to Porur Branch and she has provided the number . So i called the number as per the lady advise but the number was wrong number ...So again i called the west tambaram branch to get the correct number again the same lady picked up the call and she said that we have already provided the details and she told that she would not be able to provide again and disconn the call. We again tried calling the number but the no was switched OFf. Is this is the response you give to the new customer who is purchasing your product which is not all satisfied. however the lady refused to provide her name we request you to take action the lady and als in future we need a good response...

Complainant's Goal: no response we need return to money back......
