Online Delivery - Regarding Fraud of Onlinedelivery.com

My husband has placed the order ( 1904 ) on 12th of Feb for 14th Feb on Online Delivery to the destination Korba ,Chhattisgarh but after placing the order company has started ignoring the calls and not responding the calls even and finally updated the status of the order as "Delivered"

Later we have asked the party to provide acknowledgement of receipt of consignment but they have neither picked the call nor provided the details . Rather than this status has been provided as "Order Completed"

Here i have attached the details which have been updated in company's website in which payment is showing "Paid " and status is updated as "Delivered " but till now i haven't received the consignment.

And there is no response from Company's customer care.

Kindly suggest what we can do on this.
