IRCTC Website Refund History showing amount has been refunded on 04th Oct, 2014 but the amount has not been credited back to my account till date 10th Nov, 2014. IRCTC should re-investigate the issue. I have raised a dispute of transaction with the bank but need some assistance from IRCTC front. Please help in resolving the transaction dispute between bank and IRCTC.

but this amount debited from my Account .so what i will do ?

First time due to slow speed internet my transaction expired during payment.
the second time i successfully booked the ticket but the money deducted two Times and i lost an extra Rs 578/-

i checked the refund status of failed transaction and it says
