I Mr bhupat b Parmar had visited the country vacations office at Neptune tower Rajkot and attend the presentation and now due to some unfavorable reasons I want to discontinue this membership I have done total payment of 65000 to your company 50000 by Hdfc Credit card 10000 by Icici bank credit card and 5000 by Hdfc bank debit card they are refusing to giving refund even though in their agreement clearly mention that we can cancel the membership within 10 days cool off with written application I have mailed them so many times but they haven't give me a single reply kindly do the needful regarding this
