I has started construction of second floor of my house WZ-2376, Raja Park, Delhi-110034 and before construction I had requested for disconnection of water connection and also deposited disconnection fee of Rs.100/- in the month of June, 2009. Further, I had also given an application for restoration of the water connection after completing the construction and also deposited an amount of Rs.100/- as restoration charges. further an amount of Rs.500/- was also deposited as water consumption charges in advance without receiving the water bills. But no water bills are being received by me. In this regard, my relative Shri G.K. Aggarwal, working in Lt. Governor Sectt. had contacted Shri Anand, ZRO, North-West Zone who asked him to meet Shri Jagdish/Narender Kumar, Meter Reader. Shri G.K. Aggarwal had contacted Shri Jagdish, Head Clerk who requested him to meet Shri Narender, Meter Reader. Shri Narender Kumar, Meter Reader informed Shri Aggarwal that your request has been sent to COMPUTER BRANCH AT JHANDEWALAN from where the water bills will be generated and the Meter Reader is pressing Computer Branch of DJB for early generation of the bill but of no use. In this regard a complaint has also been lodged with Executive Engineer, N/W on 04.04.2011 with photocopies of the bills. Hence it is the Computer Branch of Delhi Jal Board which is not generating bills. I would like an urgent action against the Computer Cell authorities of DJB at Jhandewalan. l I would also request Secretary, DJB for taking an urgent action in the matter. If no action is taken, I shall proceed in Public Grievances Commission for the same. Hence it is requested that an early action be taken and water bills issued to avoid any mental torture/harassment. What is the problem with Computer Cell of DJB, not known.
