HCL Infosystems - Reg. complaint about monitor of HCL

Subject: Reg. HCL Complaint No. ROH-068 dated 05.08.2010
Dear HCL,

I want to drag your kind attention on the problem which is going on facing by me and my family, i am a service class person n i have purchased a new computer from Digitoronoics Infosolutions Pvt. Ltd.,G-324, M.G.House, Community Center, Wazirpur Industrial Area delhi-110052 vide bill no. 5292 dated 04.07.2010 in the name of my wife namely Santosh Devi R/o. 324, Police Colony, Ashok Vihar-1, Delhi-110052 with three year Gurantee. Which got an complaint in monitor of the system after few days. So i launched an complaint to shopkeeper and after his refusing to give any service, I again launched a fresh complaint vide HCL Complaint No. ROH-068 dated 05.08.2010. One Mr. Sumit (Engineer- as told by him) came after 5 days to my home on dated 10.08.2010 and give a complaint receipt vide no. 822265 dated 10.08.10 & told me that my related person will picked it up during the week, on dated 14.08.10 one Mr. Amar came to my home and picked up my monitor for service centre, noida vide receipt no. 4985 dated 14.08.10. In this continuation till now i am continuously contacting as thousand times with the company & HCL contact person namely Mr. Deepak -Mobile No. 9910105908, Mr. Rawat -Telephone no. 27376498 and Mr. Rashid-Mobile No. 9971119512 but they are not responding on my complaint or by the HCL related service wing.
Sir please look into the matter to dissolved my computer monitor problem as earlier as possible otherwise i may have to go for Consumer Court/Board accordingly because it is now out of bound to me n feeling bad about my decision to purchased a system from HCL. It is therefore, requested you to please prevent me this bad feeling about HCL Services.(This may be treated as legal notice into the matter after 10 days i shall be liable to file an complaint to concerned boards accordingly) thankyou.
