bought dent King from the above website.It was shipped via BLUE DART and I paid Rs 1620 by COD. The product was sent loose in the wrong box without instructions and the product was used and broken. The company assures of a full money back guarantee, but after I contacted them about this they stopped answering mI y calls. I then called from a different number which they answered but now they are not answering my calls from that number either. Please advise as I don't think they have any intention of refunding me. Their customer care no. is 0********93. The invoice no. for the product is 14946.
