Sir, I am running an online advertising company with the name of "vaishnavi Business Solutions" which is providing all kind of online promotion services, i had running ads campaign(Google Adwords campaign or Google Sponsored link promotion campaign)for this company since, July 2013, on Google.co.in for all India,it was running on credit basis, but now when we asked for the due payment, he was refuse to pay the due payment of Rs.25000/- and saying do what ever you will able to do, I am not going to make the payment. please help me to put a legal case against this company.

we total clear amount 20000/- in next week , we all ready say our finencial position some problem but next week our approx maximum payment relies next week .
so i am request please start add in full budget 500/ per day. we hope you understand my position.

For your kind information your ad is live but it was showing occasionally because of low budget as per our conversation you told me to decrease your daily budget to 100 Rs. per day remember. about the payment is concern are you going to promise me to pay the last due of Rs. 20000 in next week ???? if yes please tell me the date ?? Regarding running your ad with the budget of Rs. 500 per day is concerned, I am going to start it, but sir remember one thing I m going to increase your budget because I am having a trust on your words. never ever broke my trust.
