I am complaining regarding the non-payment of registration charges. I have made a request for new Airtel broadband connection in the month of August and I have paid an amount of 1099/- towards registration. Since there was absolutely no response from Airtel for almost a month, I have decide to cancel the connection and ask for refund. I've made my complaint on 29th of August to which they have responded saying that the refund would be done in 17 days. It's 2 months now. I am calling up daily to the customer care (121/198). They have closed my complaint saying that my case has been resolved. I really don't know what to do now. I am totally disappointed with the customer care. Please consider this as a complaint and do the needful as appropriate. Thank you
