My husband have been pursuing with LIC & even after 5 reminders they have not surrender his policies no: ********8/19/20 & ********1/22/23/24 with effect from 6th Feb 2010.

he wants the refund of all the premium which they have deducted through ECS from his HDFC accounts

Complainant's Goal: To surrender LIC policies & to get refund of premium dedcuted since 6/2/2010
