Magnific - Refund of money

Hello there,
On 6th-July-2015, I transferred Rs.17000 online from my ICICI bank account to a training company called Magnific. The company is based in Hyderabad, India. The money was transferred to their ICICI bank account. The training was supposed to happen online. After couple of small sessions, the trainer got job somewhere else and she said that she could not complete my training as she was over busy and she told me that she would inform the Magnific about it and would tell them to refund my money. Though the trainer has been trying to help me to have money refunded but Magnfic does not seem willing to return my money. I sent them so many emails and have been trying for last 2 weeks but they have not refunded my money yet. I have all the email proofs from Magnific and Trainer. Last week, Pasha from Magnific replied my email telling me that my money would be refunded this week but this week again they did not refund and also they are not replying to my email. Can you please help me get my money back. Their email is info@magnifictraining.com and phone is +040******** and mobile is +91-********59. Please let me know if you need any other information in order to follow up this case.
I am not able to attach the email proof of our conversation and proof of money transfer from my side but I can email you with an attachment if you provide me some email id.
