nding since 6 monthsI, Savita Ganiga owner of vehicle TS07FX 2923 Tata Nexon purchased from Concorde motors Chandanagar in December 2017, I had taken EW & gold AMC of Rs 28568/- on my car on the day of purchase but after 6 months during one of my free car service I was told that the AMC and EW was not reflecting on my car. I spoke to Mr Rakesh From concorde motors who is following up on my case and he advised me that refund would be the best option here. Following the advice I gave him all the respective documents required for the refund and its been 6 months and there has been no refund yet. I have also spoken to the customer car toll free no 1********79 they gave me a complaint no ********452 on which I just get a call back but no resolution.
Unfortunately despite several trips to concorde motors Mr Rakesh ( cell no ********11) and calls to customer care and many false assurances that they are looking into the same, nothing has changed and customer care are still up to the same old tricks.
I trust this is not the way TATA motors wishes to conduct business with customers. I look forward to hearing from you and getting my Refund ASAP. Kindly look into the matter and do the needful.
