The order 10373370 vide transaction id 10163920 placed on 20 Dec 2012 was cancelled by TIMTARA.COM on 24 Jan 2013 ,as they were not able to deliver the item within 3 weeks . Thereafter they cancelled the order on 24 Jan 2013.
The refund of the amount of Rs 799 has not been refunded inspite of various telephonic call to the number 0135-3051500
No body send the mail or provides the answer. It is felt that the company is a real CHEAT & they are yet to refund my amount.
Complainant's Goal: i want my money back
