Applied for refund of flat booked in ERA on 21 Sep 2013

Duly acknowledge by their staff members , and communicated it will be done within two months max
since it is more than 3 months , no response from them.
we visited their office multiple times every 15 days after the period of two months , but we get same reply pending from finance side , approvals yet to be taken.
We cancelled the flat due to delay in construction we booked flat on 26 -02-2012, but yet no construction had started.
Complainant's Goal: to get my refund back
