Dear Sir/Madam,

I have placed order on www.Moodsofcloe.com on 14th Feb, 2014 of Rs.1330 for my wife, before placing the order i have confirmed from them that they will delivered product within 5-6 working days but they could not able to deliver, so i called them so many times and finally got my order cancelled on 07th March 2014. After cancellation I have been following them till date but they are not giving exact status. In every two days I am writing mail to them and they just says that your refund is in process we will update you once cheque is dispatched.

Two three days before they have provided tracking details, When I tracked I found that the docked no is delivered in year 2012. So I informed them and they have provided same docked no with another courier company.

I think they are making me a fool by giving one and another reason.

I have attached complete history in the bottom of mail.

Sir, Kindly look into this matter and provide me a solution for getting refund.
