This problem is going on since 8th of january since i returned the product in good faith properly packed to the seller for wrong item delivered. Its been almost 2 months and now rediff customer support is not replying to mails. Calls dont reach the customer care desk and always gets disconnected and that too gets billed. I have still not got any 648 amount for the product. The last mail was "we are investigating into the matter" that also was 10 days or more back, NOW I AM NOT GETTING ANY REPLY FROM REDIFF. Is rediff.com THAT CHEAP AND TOTAL FRAUDSTERS? I want my refund for the product amount, ive showed proof of my bank statement too, its been 2 whole months, WHEN WILL I GET MY REFUND BACK? I NEED A REPLY AND PROPER TIMELY ASSISTANCE ASAP REGARDING THIS. ARE REDIFF.COM PEOPLE THAT CHEAP THAT THEY NEED TO FRAUD PEOPLE AND KEEP GIVING LIES FOR MONTHS ..FOR AMOUNTS AS LOW AS 648 BUCKS? THIS IS THE MOST RIDICULOUS CUSTOMER CARE AND SHOPPING SITE IVE EVER SEEN. I NEED ASSISTANCE, AND PROPER REPLY.

I have shown my bank statements, all proofs, WENT THRICE AND TALKED WITH THE BANK MANAGER, THEY SAID THIS AMOUNT HAS NOT BEEN CREDITED, AND WITH THE PIN NUMBER FROM KOLKATA WE CANNOT CHECK EITHER. If rediff mailed a pin number. then they need to check what happened to that.

SO PLEASE TELL ME WHAT TO DO NOW? I NEED MY REFUND, THIS IS GOING ON SINCE 2 MONTHS. THE MONEY HAS NOT BEEN CREDITED. i only received 180 bucks for courier charges, else than that, I GOT NOTHING, NO 648 BUCKS. PLZ ASSIST. PEOPLE FROM MEDIA CAN ALSO CONTACT ME, POLICE OR CONSUMER COURT PEOPLE.
