I purchased a weighing Machine (order no 10472610) which was delivered on 30th Sep. The machine was faulty and the display was not working. I have already logged complain , wrote 2-3 mails to customer care and even I called Customer care 10 times. All the time executive says that our people will call you in 24 hours and your money will be refunded. Till now, nobody called up and nobody came to collect that faulty machine. Kindly help me cancel my order and refund my money as soon as possible.
