I have received a wrong product. I have ordered Vapor KW77 smart watch in Rs.1999 and I have received Shoyo Smart watch which is of Rs.499 in their website. Now they are saying that they won't replace it because it is not in their policy but if it is not in their policy then it is the company's responsibility to check whether the product received by the customer is correct or not. Either I want my product that I had ordered back or get the refund because it is clearly a fraud case .
