Hi,

Problem: I have received IFB 6kg washing machine Instead of IFB 7kg washing machine.

1. I placed order in rediff shopping for purchase of IFB 7kg washing machine on 4th Nov 2013 with Cost of Rs. 25000 which was paid through credit card.
2. After one week I did not receive any product delivery updates as in site they mentioned I will receive the product max 7 days.
3. After calling to multiple times to customer care they send on 21st Nov 2013 after long delay.
4. after receiving the product as I observed the bill, it is mentioned as IFB 6Kg washing machine. With reference of cusotmercare call I have opened product and checked inside product details there also mentioned it is 6kg washing machine.
5. Again I called to rediff customer care and discussed about the problem as I received 6kg product instead of 7kg. Customer care told to send mail to rediff support same as I have send mail to customer care.
6. after multiple calls, now rediff support is saying that they have updated wrong description for IFB 6kg product as IFB 7kg.

So please resolve my problem because I do not have requirement for 6kg washing machine. Please revert my money with interest and compensate for wasting of my time and blocking my money because I have paid 25000 rs with my credit card.
