On 26th jan 2014, i ordered Micromax 32B200 32 Inches HD Ready DLED LED Television, i received order on 6th feb 2014, 8 days late as soon as i on my T.v i observed that voice of T.v explodes at a very medium volume , also color's where very bright and hue,
i tried to adjust color and volume in menu options but nothing happened on the very second day, i called up snapdeal to arrange replace or refund of T.V, rather then solving my problem i was redirected to Micromax customer care where the service is even more pathetic they don't even receive call,
as per snapdeal policy "7 days no questions asked easy return policy" if im not satisfied with the product i could ask for Refund,
But even after following up with snapdeal every time i call snapdeal im explained that my problem will be solved in 2 days, after daily calls and mails on 20th feb 2014 Snapdeal people said that they will arrange a reverse pickup and after analyzing T.v they would give refund for reverse pickup also no body turned up and again i started following up finally on 4th Mar 2014 reverse pickup was done,
On 5th Mar 2014 Snapdeal said that my T.v is not faulty and they would not Refund/Repair/Replace but will send the same T.v
its 18th Mar 2014 today still i have not received my T.v every day Snapdeal people say that wait for 24 hrs we'll update but nothing happened, on 10 days ago when i called up again as i daily do, they gave me a number 43********4 saying that this is your docket number of Blue dart and u'll receive your product in 4 days still im waiting for my product as i don't have T.v at home. im really mentally disturbed ,i spend 100rs daily since 7th feb 2014 till date for contacting customer care, i check my mails every 10 mins expecting that i will receive a positive mail from snapdeal
