Infibeam - Received a damaged product and Infibeam not refunding for it neither replacing

Infibeam these are cheaters I placed an order for speaker on 15th feb and got damaged product I returned the product and even after trailing them on emails I'm with no update when I call them they tell me they need a remote or they would be sending damaged product. I'm **** of following up on this and am cusring why have I chosen Infibeam : India to place my order.
