Dear Sir,

Despite giving so many reminders to LIC Br. 923 through emails about my maturity amount,I am extremely disappointed by their cold response.I am sending so many mails from my this email-id and also from omprakash582004@yahoo.co.in, but still I am not getting enough response from their side which as your customer I deserve.

Like I have said it earlier, I had submitted my claim form in LIC servicing branch no. 923 from where I had taken the policy on 6th August 1992 for the period of 20 years and thus my policy was matured on 6th August 2012.

I was told by the personnel of the said branch that if I would submit my claim form before the 15 days from the maturity date of 6th August 2012,it would be easier for them to release the maturity amount on maturity date.So following their instructions I had submitted all the procedural compliances related to Loss of Policy Documents by doing Franking of Rs 200/- alongwith ECS forms and cancelled cheque on 13th July so that I would get the matured amount by 6th of August.

But it is very heartening to tell you that still now I have not received the matured amount which is near about Rs 300000/- which is a huge sum of money.I would request you to kindly look in to these matter asap and release my maturity amount asap so that it would be feasible for me to manage my finances.Also if there is any compliances which I still need to make, I am ready to do the same.Please call me for the same on my below-mentioned mobile numbers.
