This is to bring to your urgent attention the delay that has been caused in repaying us the rebate of 1%/sqft on the BSP for the booking made in the name of Anjum Jethi for Sidhartha Project in Sec 95, Gurgaon.
We have followed up time and again with Mr. Govind Sharma who has been our single point of contact with InvestInNest for this Project. He has given no positive response to any of our queries and has instead blamed Sidhartha for having not paid the commission to your Company. He has shown a very unprofessional and offending approach in reverting back to us.
We would like to receive our pending payment with due interest counted from the date, the payment had become overdue.
Stringent action should be taken against InvestInNest Brokers for their default
I had invested in a Project of Orris through Investinnest 18 months back...I was promised 2% commission by Vaneet Gupta who is the Director of the Company...Despite making several rounds I was gven 2 Post Dated Cheques after 1 year...When the Due date of cheques came, I deposited the cheques...I was told by Bank that funds are insufficient...As cheques would expire after 90 days, I deposited the cheque on the 89th day...Both the cheques bounced...When I asked Vaneet Gupta & his colleague Amit Gupta about this they are not honoring their commitment..I am moving pillar to post
Such companies are cheats...They cheat the gullible people...Surprised to know that these guys have started a pan Indian set up...I beseech the people of the country to boycott this fraudster, a conman and trickster
