Tatkal service is provided for those who reqd very urgent tickets , but couldnt afford to travel thru air also. Railway employee has to undersatand the urgency and need of the customer. In Margao Railway station, you cannot expext to get this facility even you go midnight to stand in Q. This station is totally dominated by some Travel agencies who comes in a group of 20-25 everyday every morning and would show DADAGIRI and a genuine person cannot expect to get a ticket anyhow.They would forcefully occupy the first two three place and then one by one all the member will come by 7.30 and your chance of getting ticket is gone.
There is no control of RPF nor the ticket officer .And the higher authority is sleeping that time. I saw people fighting , scremming and crying .
May be ticket officer are also getting some money from them !!!
The stataion master should see what is happening -those needy arent getting !!!
Police shouls band all the agents from entering into premise .Or else how common people would get Tatkal aticket !!!
