Indian Railways - RAILWAY PARCEL CHARGES HIKE

DEAR SIR,

MY NAME IS J.MANIKYALARAO. MY CYCLE SENT BY MY FRIEND FROM GUNTUR TO PALAKOL ON 29-08-2010 AROUND 10AM TO THE TRAIN GUNTUR TO NARASAPUR PASSENGER 481. BUT I GOT THE RECEIPT ON TODAY(02-09-2010) EXACT 2PM. AFTER RECEIVING THE RECEIPT I HAD IMMEDIATELY WENT TO THE STATION AND ASK FOR MY CYCLE, THEY HAD TOLD ME TO PAY THE AMOUNT RS.680 AS FINE. I HAD PAID THE AMOUNT, BECAUSE CYCLE IS VERY NECESSARY TO ME. MY DAD SCOLDING ME A LOT.
