Dear Sir. I never found any problem till two years back. Now if I book ticket on the day of the opening of the reservaion (90 days), i will be directed to the payment gateway and it will never open and get hangs exactly from 8.00 hrs to 8.10 hrs. When you are directed to the Bank payment gateway, it is clear that your process should be attended to first. It will not be the valied reason to escape by saying that it has caused due to heavy traffic. At 8.11, you can book tickets with restricted choice in the waitlisted passenger category.

Secondly, when as much as 200 to 300 births are vacant in a train for a particular journey, you will be allotted the upper or side upper birth for the Senior citision, even if you opt for lower berth.

Some months back, i went to the Railway station at 13.00 Hrs to book my ticket in Jansadapti from Thanjavur to Coimbatore, for the train departing by 15.00 Hrs. I was told no ticket in any class is available except takal AC Chair car ticket for the journey. Due to urgency and I find any other alternate, I paid arround Rs. 1800/- for 3 tickets. When we borded the train, we were surprised to see only 18 passengers were occupied their seats and the rest were vacant. We were only the fools to procure takal AC Chair car tickets in the whole train. Who is to be blamed????? Railways, CARE or unknown like us.
