I had file a TDR dated 21-July-2009. The TDR has been accepted by Railways IRCTC but refund is not being paid. I am pasting the full details as below :

I support this complaint. Because the same fate is met to my two cases where I was not able to catch the train due to flight late. I filled TDR but they simply refused by saying that I have travelled. This is pathetic.
