Railwa - railway enq is not lifting the ph & train is v v late

Today on 16.10.10, amarkantak exp is late by 4hrs and the train is running like a passanger but still railway is taking a charge of S/F train....
secondly railway enquary phone number displayed in official website.. but still the railway enquary phone of durg, raipur and power house railway station are not lifting and that create the problem for the pasenger to know abt the status of train.
railways are requested to improve the the service and stop taking the charge of S/f train fornthe train which run like passange.
