Nellai Junction railway station - Railway

Just a minuite ago i went to nellai junction railway station because of need to change th boarding point for my ticket.But the spervisor of that railway master mot at all responding also still im not abe change my boarding point .Im very much angry and hesitate about this incedent.plese take the seviour action against him.
