IRCTC - Quality of food & bed sheets in train in 1st AC is worst.

I was travelling in Pashchim express on 22nd May from Vadodara to Ludhiana in 1st AC and was surprised to see that bed sheets provided by the staff (attender) were torn from different places when asked for the same to replace so the reply was that we\'ve only this type of sheets, secondly the dinner provided was repeated in the lunch next day (preparation of dry potato, preparation of potato with curry, rice & 3rd class quality of Paranthas (not fully Roasted/prepared). When I asked the reason of repitition of food two times my question was ignored.
IT IS DISGUTING TO SEE THAT SUCH A SERVICE IS PROVIDE TO PREMIUM CLASS PASSENGERS.
