I would must say that HLL pureit worst in the world in providng support and services to their customers.
I got germi kit of Rs 730 installed on 24/4/2012 in our pureit purifier. However it got pre-nmaturely expired within 3 months. I have been using pureit more than two yrs the germi kit of Rs. 530 (earlier price) was lasting for us at least for 5-6 months. Our water consumption is same as earlier. So I made a complaint on 1/Aug/2012 to replace the germi kit on FOC as it got prematurely expired within unexpected time frame. So the technician visited us and he (Devraj Bhati, mobile no. ********71) assured the kit will be replaced FOC by 3rd of Aug. But then the technician than never visited and also not pickecd up his mobile. So after that I made several calls consistently on pureit customer care no. and they just assured me that my complaint will be resolved by next day. However it has been now 9 days but my complaint has not been resolved yet. I have talked to several supervisor on customer care but they don't take any action but say technician will visit and resolve the issue next day. But then nothing happens.
However on 08/Aug/2012 I received call from Mr. Aakash (mobile no. ********54) team lead/supervisor of Noida/Ghaziabad and assured me that germi kit will be definitely installed tomorrow. But again it didn't happen.
Now I'm totally fed up and disappointed with pureit customer care services hence forwarding my complaint to this email id to see if still there are people in pureit who actually listen to their customers problems.
If my complaint (Install new Germi Kit FOC as previous one was prematurely expired) doesn't get resolved in next 2 days then I'm going file a complaint in CONSUMER COURT against HLL pureit.
