College Students - Public Nuisance from College Students

We residents of Kumaraswamy Layout 1st stage, 1st Cross, Govinayakanahalli, Bangalore are facing huge problems created by the college students of Dayananda Sagar College. Below are the problems which are creating mental illness to the residents.
1) Students come early in the morning, park their vehicles all over the road as their wish which will create problems to the residents of the road. Residents will be unable to take their 4 wheelers out of the road due to the parking done by the college students.
2) Students form groups (minimum 10 members) and start smoking and will be screaming which will affect the health of senior citizens. Also, this will avoid women and girls going out of the house freely.
3) If the residents tell the students to vacate the place, residents will usually get some abuses from the students.

We need some help from the local police and the corporator to take some quick and serious actions and help the residents.
