IDenizen Smartware Pvt. Ltd - Provident Fund Amount Is Not Deposited By Company

I, Nitin Goswami from Chandigarh. With reference to above subject This is to inform you that i had worked for IDenizen Smartware Pvt. Ltd. # 42, 4th 'B' Cross, 5th Block, Koramangala, Bangalore-560095 as Regional Head North for 5 Months. My date of Joining was 06.07.2010 and i resigned from there was on 9th Dec 2010. (Resignation Accepted by Company).

The Company has not given us any PF number since I joined the organization. They had deducted the amount of PF of Employer as well as Employee from my salary component. The company is not giving any information on PF deposited in last 7 months. I just came to know from the resources that they had not deposited the amount of PF of any employee since after March 2010.

My tenure in this organization was July 2010 to Dec 2010.

I haven't received my 5 months salary.

Kindly help me and take some immediate action.
