Professional Courier tpcindia - Professional Courier (tpcindia) not delivering consignment

I sent a courier using Professional Courier on 22 feb and its still not delivered.
On asking the local service area i do not get any answer. They keep saying there is some person who will answer your queries and that person never comes. I called at different times during the day and i always get the same answer.
I do have a person Dinesh who does answer my queries but he is not able to locate where my package is after more than a week has passed.
I would suggest everyone to just not use this service... its not worth wasting so much time and money with these guys.

Complainant's Goal: To get a refund as the package was not delivered on time.

It has been two months since I ordered two (2) men's watches online from Mr. Mahavir and he send through professional courrier, unfortunately up to this moment no watches has been delivered yet. The transaction has been confirmed and it was already paid online with the Tracking no: KUR329382636. So when i checked the item has been despatched to cochin north on 22 december 2017 , but when we contacted with them they told me that item not arrived yet , when consigner approach with professional courrier they said item already delivered.After this all from our side we checked with Cochin north regional office and Thrissur Head office , they said item not yet delivered. So we made a complaint through by your professional courrier website (Complaint no: CRN156682) .

This letter is to inform you about the concern and for you to provide necessary assistance with regards to this matter and for me to be able to know how long I still have to wait or if there's still something to be waited for.

TPCindia - useless courier service. had sent i parcel to china, its not been delievered. call anyone in the tpcindia, they don't know nothing about it. arrogant customer service, in all a company. refrain from it.
