Honda Two Wheelers - Problem with New Honda Activa

I Purchased Honda Activa Last Month from Kasliwal Honda indore. At the time of purchase vehicle was getting pulled automatically towards left. When i showed this problem to the executive he said this problem will get solved on First Service.

When i talking to them now they are saying their is no problem at all. But vehicle is still getting pulled towards left. They are not at all concerned about my problem and deliberately not resolving my issue.

I said to them if you think their is no issue at all give me in writing their is no problem then they say forget about getting anything in writing. If their is no issue why can't you give me in writing.

Expecting a help from at least a company like Honda. As their sale is increasing they don't care about customers at all.
