IRCTC Indian Railways - Problem with IRCTC

I am fully agreed to the rule that \"No refund on confirmed Tatkal tickets when cancelled within 24 hrs.of the schedule departure of train\" but How a TC can ask for the Identy proof against the Tatkal confirm ticket and if it is not there with the passenger then How he can treat him/her as without ticket as it is clearly mentioned in the URL http://www.indianrail.gov.in/tatkal_Scheme.html in Point No. 7 that \"No identity proof is required to be produced by the passenger seeking reservation under tatkal scheme neither at the time of booking nor during the journey\".

It means, according to the written rule in the above link, Ticket Checker should not treat this as \"Without Ticket\" if the passenger is travelling under Confirm Tatkal quota but don\'t have an Indenty proof with him.

So, please revert back my amount which is charged and paid by me against \"Without ticket because of No Identy Proof\" during travelling.
