IDEA CELLULAR MUMBAI - Prepaid mobile recharge amount not credited to my a/c.

I did recharge of RS 55 through netbanking of ICICI BANK & I received message from 147(Idea) " Your last Recharge Successful with Rs. 55.
Now A/C balance is Rs. XXX/-." but the amount is not credited to my A/C. When I called Customer Care 12345 the executive told me that recharge amount will not be credited to your A/C because you did recharge with wrong amount. I asked him to take a complain for refund of the amount, executive told me It is not possible.

This is froad Idea is doing....
