Honda Two Wheelers - POOR & WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM HONDA MOTORS

Since 9th Aug 2011, i am escalating email to Honda Motors (customercare@honda2wheelersindia.com), but still now i have not received any reply email from HONDA MOTORS NOR my vehicles complaint is resolved. Due to JSP HONDA'S Worst service & carelesness, thrice i have given my vehicle for service. Already they have charged me Rs. 2500/- & ABOVE ALL THEY HAVE SPOILED MY VEHICLE PERFORMANCE, WHERE IN HAVE LOST MY VEHICLES SMOOTH PERFORMANCE, INSTANT PICKUP, MILEAGE & TROUBLE FREE CHOKE START. However, i received call from HONDA AREA MANAGERS MR. NAVEEN'S (********01) on 22nd Aug 2011 & he assured me that my complaints will attended in priority base & will deliver my vehicles in 2 days of time. Hence, as per his advice, for the 3rd time i have taken risk & given my vehicle for service with JSP HONDA MOTORS(3rd attempt) & I have left my vehicle on 30th Aug 2011 at 9.30am & i got information that they will get back to me, but for 2 days there is no response from JSP HONDA. Therefore on 1st Sep 2011 from HONDA AREA MANAGER MR. Naveen i received call & informed me that, to rectify the complaint it will take 7 working days. Also due to JSP HONDA SERVICE ENGINIEERS mistakes now again they are asking me Rs. 2500/- for service & ultimately now customer is penalised for the mistakes committed by the JSP HONDA SERVICE ENGINEERS. Will some one respond to this complaint else HONDA MOTORS will show seriousness only if I file the case legally in Consumer Forum. Now my vehicle is with JSP HONDA CHENNAI ASC (THIRUMANGALAM). Actually i have left my vehicle for water service, battery charging & to rectify the Air blocking issue. But due to their mistakes now they claiming that i have to change my piston & crank shaft for 3years old Honda DIO, as on 30th Aug 2011 overall kms of my vehicle is only 17400kms. Will someone take the necessary action at the earliest & instruct your respective cirlce Regional manager to intervene & get it rectified else i am sorry to say this delay in responding will lead to register a complaint IN CONSUMER FORUM.

I kindly request chief engineer of JSP HONDA to take the necessary action at the earliest, since depending on my two wheeler for business OR ELSE this lead to legal action.
