We, Goldchip Travel, Ahmedabad requesting to provide best service from IRCTC. At presently IRCTC providing very Poor service in both case like Online Railway Ticket Reservation and Catering Service.
As per Railway record everyday Railway Earning is growing high through IRCTC but think that they (IRCTC) are providing very poor service for public. That means IRCTC only motive to earning Profit only.
At everyday morning when we going to book TATKAL TICKET the IRCTC server go to HANG then how we get Confirmed Ticket .We have more complain to IRCTC but there is no body take action in this respect. Ticket we get in Confirmed or Waiting List , IRCTC always take their Service Charge, so in every angel show IRCTC is in profit.
They also very bad food service in Running Train, you may check like in 2833/2834 , 2905/2906 any many more. Recently more people suffered from Food Poison in Rajdhani Exp.
Above I have mention Simple problem against IRCTC but there is more and more problems in IRCTC so please go into deep and solve the problem. Without your personal inter- fare this problem never solve.
So, please.........please.........please........we request you Madam please take a quick and Favorable Action in this respect.
