I have been facing issues with my Karbonn Mobile Titanium S1, ever since I bought it.
Its a issue with the Gyro Sensor which is not being fixed, My phone was given to the service center which came back approx after a month, but with no positive results. Karbonn Customer Service Numbers cannot be connected & the response on email is very slow.
Overall a Poor Poor Service given by Karbonn & I am stuck with a faulty Handset.
Complainant's Goal: My Mobile Phone issue fixed.

With a regretted heart I have to say that Karbonn is such a fraud company. I have been using KArbonn A2 from last 5-6 months only and I have start facing problems. It was just a charging problem my phone is lying there at one of your service center based at Azadpur from almost more than a week now. Whenever I called there no one respond to my call. Although its just a matter of 5000rs phone but I will highly not recommend my friends and family to go for any Karbonn products and I will also ensure to not to buy any product of Karbonn in near future. Such a fraud company and pathetic customer services, I am highly depressed after buying your product…………….you should close down your fraud company…………I wish I would have never bought this pathetic phone of a fraud company
