Maruti Suzuki India Limited - poor service/ cheating

Dear Sir,

I gave my car for a general service to an authorised service station.

On the return of my car from servicing it started making abnormal noises from the engine, I took the car back to the said service station only to get a reply that we did the service and the problem is coming from the compressor etc.

I told the service mechanic that when I gave him the car there was no such issue and that this issue was never prevalent in the car. He was prompt to reply that he would take care of the issue but I will have to pay for the additional cost that would be incurred to repair the same.

My issue with the situation is that my car was in good condition when it went to the service station and now it has additional problems having come back which will cost me THREE TIMES the amount I have payed. I also need to understand who will take responsibility for this negligence.

its clear that this service station is conning me into this, and for all I know they have messed up on purpose or by mistake, which ever be the case I am short changed.

I would appreciate it if you would look into the matter and respond to my situation.

ps : I tried to go through your regular feed back form, but was unable to do the same as the said service station was not listed.

My Name is Margil Pasawala and i purchase swift dzire vdi pearl arctic white on 31st jan 2015 at 9:00 P.M at isanpur show room Popular Wheelers (i) Pvt.Ltd On urgent Bases but they gave me a accident car they not inform me so pls do me a favour regarding this complain
If above said complain not solve in 2 days i imediattely action aga[nst maruti suzuki and inform in media also.clauses are given below

1 >Driver side apprun change
2>jumper not working
3>Left side mirror not working
4>Audio control volume not available
5>Break not proper working
6>Seats are so old
7>Shell not proper working
8>Car meter change its a 24 km
9>Front 2 head light dull
10>Total colours are Repaint i m not sure for this colour its co colour
