I own A Karbonn A21 Mobile Phone which I was submitted at 19-Feb-2014 at their Authorized Service Center at Meerut (U.P West) with issue related to touch screen problem.
Now till today I didn't got my phone back I visited Several times at their service center but everytime they says that mobile is at their Company's Head Office and tell me to come after 1 or 2 week.
The IMEI of my phone is ********0945759.
Complainant's Goal: I want my mobile back.

Your services is bad and late for us ,I submited my mobiles phone in services centre , your customer executive told it take atleast one month for services .I am shocked that it will take 1 month atleast
