Sir, my motor cycle Hero Honda Splender Plus Chasis No MB LHA 10EEAHF23949 and Registration No TN-18-C 8525 purchased from Saravana Motors Gummidipoondi, Trivellore Dist, A Sub dealer of SARTHY BIKES, THIRUVALLUR, TAMIL NADU. on 13 Jul 2010. My motor cycle covered 2550 KM only and it is under waranty period. I found that, the petrol (fuel) is leaking from the tap (ON-OFF-RES) knob continuesly. I complained the same in the above dealer (Saravana Motors) on 09-10-2010. The technical representative Mr Hussain, refused to attend the defect and argued that, the waranty cover is only ment for engine and not for other parts of the bike. The defect is due to poor quality/workmanship of the tap manufacturars side. The second defect is, the spokes of both wheels are loose. for the both defects he refused to repair and argued to take out your motor cycle and repair by paying cash from others mechanics. It is very very shame full to very highly reputed Hero Honda Motors due to irresponsible sales and service persons. I request your intervention in this mater and instruct the dealer to rectify the defect at the earliest please.
