Mr AP Singh is owner of QUANTUM BUILDWELL (Earlier name SUDHA PROMOTERS) PVT LTD. He has constructed EAST AVENUE, Ahinsa Khand-2 in Indirapuram, Ghaziabad-201014 and sold flats in 2005. Now he is constructing Quantum Residency in Rajnagar, Ghaziabad under different company name Quantum Buildwell.
Builder at the time of selling the flat promised, that Lift shall be OTIS or equivalent. I purchase flat on 7th floor with the promise that Lift will always be working with power backup (during if no power). The builder has provided later local Lift "Indo fuji" , which gets out of order every now and then. Now Lift is not at all working for last 6 months and we (residents) have to use only stairs to go to 7th floor. Builder is taking maintenance also, but Lifts are not working. Moreover, only one generator has been provided , and that too gets out of order frequently. When, there is power cut, Lifts are not running with the Power back up). This builder has cheated the buyers and not listening to residents. he is only busy in selling his new Project " Quantum Residency".
We all request you to take strict action against builder and order him to change the Lift to "OTIS" make.

builder should be punnished if he is not taking any interest in this issue.dont sell your properties on throw away prises plsase.location of east avenu is excillent.owners come together join your hands together collect 1lac.each change lift,generator etc. valu of your flat will be double.builder will be punisher after lok pal bill will be passed
