I want to highligt for attention of Northern Railway Authorities that GOMATI EXPRESSS No 12419 is a important link train between Lucknow and NEW Delhi
The punctuality of this train is at its lowest ebb. The train get unnecessarily delayed at starting station Lucknow itself because of filmsy reasons such as "train has arrived late last night" This is a vicious circle This problem is almost every day.
On the top of it due to last running priority, this train get delayed further everyday betwen GAZIABAD and NEW DELHI. 30 minutes stretch is normally travelled in 2 HOURS.
Passengers keeps on waiting eagerly to reach destination and has to skip their lunch in this minute to minute wait
THIS TRAIN IS DAILY TRAIN AND THIS TAMASHA HAPPENS EVERY DAY This need addressal by railway authorities because it is mainly attributable to lethargy in system where no body held responsible for flaps SAB KUCH CHALTA HAI

I just want to know that we are pgl? we are here at shivaji bridge before long time what's is this is ther no platform for Gomti express I have to go at airport at 7 but right now what is the time I have a flight at 9 I missed my flight how can I go you will give me money to make ticket again by flight very poor service given by gomti express
Very very poor service ...... gomti express kbhi timely chala krti thi .... lekin mere khayal se last 10 years se to aaj tk kbhi bhi time pe destination pe pahunchaya .... railways ko gomti ke agey se express hta dena chahiye.. Mrng 5 bje night k 8 bje tk passengers preshan ho jate hain....
My husband had to catch a flight and collect his visa from NDLS before 5pm, Gomati express was supposed to reach by 2.00pm, and depart from LKO by 5.20 am, instead it departed at 6.30, and arrival time is still unknown. He has to leave for a foreign trip. Whom to blame for this irresponsiveness!
I support this complaint. this is true, Gomti Exp is a Superfast Ext, and it is getting late last from Six month, this train is a only medium to come lko to Delhi in day time, i wonder why Railway authority is not take any concern about this issue, this train reaches on tile till only Etawa after that there are no time to reach New Delhi, now days from last Six month Gomti is reaching delhi after 5:00PM some time it reaches 11:00PM also, Railway walo ne 2 mazak bana rakkah hai, even passanger are paying superfast train ticket, and train is now category of passenger(EMU)

very bad experience sirf naam ki hi xpress hai EMU isse jaldi pohch gyi haii 7 ghante late hai kya fayda is express train ka. worst experience ever.
