IRCTC Indian Railways - poor hospitality by indian railways

sir, we had booked e-ticket for travelling from ahmedabad to howrah, date of booking- 12mar2011, date of travel- 5jun2011, transaction id- 0318954928, pnr no-********49,class- 3a
we get the information of RAC from waiting , and whether you are getting confrimed seat or not is made known only (after 11th hour),i.e after the charts are ready
you cannot get your e-ticket cancelled at this hour and forced to travel on RAC that is paying double for a seat, secondli to great surprise two people on rac get only one bedding, who will use it ? and how it will be shared !!( one pillow,one kambal), when asked the service staff they informed that they are helpless, when complained to TTE, the gentleman said that the rule is to provide one beddings for one seat, then what about people travelling on rac that is two people on one seat!!!

36 hours travelling , seating , paying double, and no facility!!!

is any body listeing to compesate the suffering we had??
