IRCTC Indian Railways - Poor BED ROLL in 2AC and Poor Pantry Service in 2296 (26 Aug @ Patna)

My parents are, right now, travelling in Sanghamitra Express (2296 - from patna to Bangalore). They boarded the train from Patna on 26th Aug and are travelling in 2 AC (PNR# ********08).

They were not given towel along with the bed roll that is given in 2 AC compartments. When enquired about that, the Attendant simply told that it is not available. And apart from this, there was no one from the pantry service to take order for breakfast/lunch. When told about this to one IRCTC gown wearing vendor, he told that that we do not take orders for lunch/breafast and that it should be taken from any of the vendors moving around inside the train randomly.

These are gross irregularities as far as the passenger facilities supposed to be provided by the Indian Railways.

Since my parents are still on board some concrete action should be taken ASAP.
