I purched Symphony diet 50i cooler from Homeshop18.com with my credit card with order no ********3. and paid 8256/- Rs.
I called customer care about delivery of the same they told me it will be delivered within 10-11 working days. As maximum time for deliver of this product is 11 days

These people provided me AWB no on 23rd April 2013 for Courier company RED EXPRESS. as T00039210
I am tracking this no from 24th April but its wrong. Even i called customer care of RED EWXPRESS They told me the No is wrong. I called HOMESHOP18.com customer care and asked them to provide right AWB no. They havent taken any action on my complaint till this time.
Today is 16th day of order but product is not still delivered even no information about the same. Their executives used to cut the calls during query as they are not able to solve the problem.
They are harassing from 16 days an today i called again their customer care they picked my call Put on Hold for approximately 10 minutes and after that told me that they require more 2 days to provide the information it..
REALLY Now HOMESHOP!*.com is not a GOOD PLACE TO BUY ANYTHING.
So i suggest not to buy any thing from these people.
THERE SHOULD BE PENALITY TO THESE PEOPLE FOR NOT DELIVERING ORDER WITHIN TIME FRAME GIVEN BY THEM.
